Build and support your customer projects
The programme is for independent industrial system integrators. Partners sell and deliver their own integration and local services. 4CE Industry develops and commercialises the programme and is the sole contracting and invoicing entity for its training, N2 support and Engineering Services.
The integration partner

- Configure, deploy and maintain the customer installation.

4CE Industry
- Provide Partner Enablement and assess operational competence.
- Provide remote N2 diagnosis and advice on existing functionality.
- Scope specialist engineering work under separate quotations.
From Information Model to runtime
OOUAMiddleware uses OPC UA Information Models to represent industrial systems. Multiple models can coexist with their own namespaces, types and relationships.
Engineer the model
XiMulatorCore supports OPC UA Information Model engineering. It is separate from the runtime.
Prepare the runtime
OOUA Configuration Studio prepares model instances and the configuration of existing VPI connectivity and VFI persistence interfaces.
OOUA CoreServer executes the configured project. VPI connects protocols, equipment and applications; VFI connects persistence solutions. Suitability is checked for the intended customer project.
Partner Enablement
Four days / 28 hours, with up to five participants. Classroom or remote delivery, in French or English, with electronic materials in English. Each participant uses their own computer.
The course follows Stator from model exploration and XiMulatorCore engineering to Studio configuration, deployment and first-level diagnosis. The sole knowledge prerequisite is understanding industrial data flows and their processing; prior OPC UA or C/C++ knowledge is not required.
4CE Industry validates operational competence. Attendance alone does not confer competence validation or active partner status, and the attestation is not a professional certification. Individual equivalence may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Choose the N2 scope for your projects
Both offers are annual remote-support contracts with one named authorised contact. An active N2 contract is required to retain active partner status. Quotas apply per annual contractual period.
FIRST CUSTOMER PROJECT
Startup
10 incidents / contractual year
- One named authorised contact.
- Exclusively the partner’s first registered customer project.
- No twelve-month eligibility limit measured from joining.
Startup may renew while the first project is active and no second project requires N2. Definitive closure ends eligibility; another project cannot replace it.
SIMULTANEOUS PROJECT COVERAGE
Standard
30 incidents / contractual year
- One named authorised contact.
- Up to three registered customer projects active simultaneously.
- Confirmed closure releases a place for another validated project.
The three-project limit is simultaneous, not a cumulative annual limit. A validated move to Standard is required before a second project receives N2.
Covered projects are declared and validated by 4CE Industry. The authorised contact centralises N1-qualified requests through the partner’s private Redmine project.
Requests are classified BUG, SUPPORT or EVOLUTION. Reproducible OOUAMiddleware BUGs formally recognised by 4CE Industry are outside the quota. A provisionally debited SUPPORT incident is restored exactly once when such a BUG is confirmed. Recognition does not guarantee a correction or resolution deadline.
N2 support and Engineering Services
Remote technical support
N2 provides explanations, diagnosis and occasional advice on existing functionality, within covered projects and maintained versions. It does not include local or on-site services. Additional SUPPORT beyond quota may be offered on an accepted quotation.
Separately scoped engineering
Actual project configuration, Information Model design, VPI/VFI development or modification, workflows and integration require a separate scope and quotation. EVOLUTION requests are outside the N2 package.
Apply as an industrial integration business
Applicants must be legally constituted industrial integration or technical-services businesses with the competence, named contact and support arrangements required by the programme. No minimum turnover, workforce or project volume is imposed. Admission requires explicit acceptance by 4CE Industry.

- Discuss the named contact, training or individual equivalence with 4CE Industry.
- Complete the prerequisite and obtain explicit admission.
- Activate an N2 contract before presenting the business as an active OOUA integration partner.
Programme questions
Does training make my company an active partner?
No. Competence validation or accepted individual equivalence satisfies the training prerequisite. Explicit admission and an active N2 contract are also required.
Can Startup cover a second customer project?
No. Startup applies only to the first registered customer project. A transition to Standard must be validated before a second project receives N2.
Does Standard cover only three projects in a year?
No. Standard covers up to three validated customer projects active simultaneously. A confirmed closure can free a place for another project.
Does recognising a BUG guarantee when it will be fixed?
No. Recognition excludes a qualifying reproducible OOUAMiddleware BUG from the quota; it does not create a guaranteed correction or resolution deadline.
