Error executing OpenOpcUaCoreServer in Windows after successful build

I build the project in VS 2013 successfully, but when I go to the command line to run the output with the sample configuration (by running "OpenOpcUaCoreServer.exe Config " the following error pops up:
"The ordinal 3509 could not be located in the dynamic link library OpenOpcUaStackV1d.dll".
Linux works fine.
