 - Source name are consistent in both SourceName and message with we use Substitution parameter %SOURCENAME

 - Extended support for field in Event Notification. The field LowLimit, LowLowLimit, HighLimit, HighHighLimit are now supported
 - A new Substitution parameter call %LIMIT can be use in message.
	exemple : Alarm on %SOURCENAME  %SOURCENODE = %SOURCENODEVALUE  %LIMIT .
 - Change the Alarm and Condition configuration. We need only 2 references (MEssage and Sevirity) to create an alarm definition.
   Analog and Discrete need a source node. The defintiion can be shared between sevberal source node. Analog also need limits definition
